We work with Acredos on our company’s transactions and strategic decisions. For example, they found out for us the subsequent support in the management’s entry into the group. I appreciate that they themselves propose more possible solutions and point out the problems that could arise in more complex transactions. In addition, we have a stable team that knows us and for which it is never a problem to pick up the phone and do what we need.

We cooperated with Acredos in the acquisition of ITEMA, spol. s r.o., in the form of economic-tax studies and analyzes, structuring, reorganization, post-acquisition consulting. We are currently cooperating and discussing the possibilities and ways of reorganizing our entire group. Their consulting team is preparing models of the new structure for us.
